Terms and Conditions

To make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible, we ask you to take note of our general rental terms:

Booking & Payment
The rental price will be confirmed at the time of booking. Full payment is required no later than 45 days before arrival. After payment has been received, you will receive all necessary details regarding directions, key handover, and check-in.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that bookings are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the full rental amount remains due.

Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: from 15:00 on the day of arrival (flexible upon agreement).

  • Check-out: before 10:00 on the day of departure (flexible upon agreement).

Use of the Property
The villa is to be used exclusively as a vacation home. Guests are kindly asked to treat the house, its inventory, and the surroundings with care.

  • Guests & Occupancy
    The maximum number of guests is 10, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the owners.

  • Liability & Damages
    Any damage caused by the tenant or accompanying guests will be charged to the tenant. The owners are not liable for accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or delays caused by circumstances beyond their control.
